HID Global, the trusted source for Secure Identity Solutions consolidated all North America operations under one roof to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiencies. They reduced their footprint by 30% by combining processes, accelerating lean concepts, and becoming more efficient in operations. HID Global is the only industrial manufacturing facility in Texas to achieve LEED Platinum CI certification level.

With HID’s sustainability commitment in mind, 100% of the interior light fixtures are LED. The use of Spandrel glass on the north office end of the building breaks the vertical mass into horizontal bands imitating a 3-story structure, though only a 2-story structure. The site design was entirely mirrored in order to present a better image to the adjacent multifamily development and take advantage of infrastructure aligning with a truck spine on adjacent property.
